Biography:
Zhonghua Pang, Professor and Doctoral Supervisor, School of Electrical and Control Engineering (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle School), North China University of Technology, and Professor at the Beijing Key Laboratory of Cooperative and Autonomous Air-Ground Traffic Intelligent Control Technology. He has been listed among the Top 2% of Scientists Worldwide (2024). He serves as Secretary of the Technical Committee on Networked Control Systems and Applications, IEEE Industrial Electronics Society (IES) and is a Senior Member of IEEE. His main research areas include networked control, UAV formation control, and CPS security control. He has published 1 English monograph, 3 Chinese books, and over 140 academic papers, with 100+ indexed by SCI/EI, including 7 ESI Hot/Highly Cited Papers. He holds 17 authorized national invention patents and 8 software copyrights. He has led 3 National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) projects, 1 Beijing Natural Science Foundation-Fengtai Joint Key Project, 3 Beijing Natural Science Foundation General Projects, 5 other provincial/ministerial-level projects, 1 open project from a State Key Laboratory, 2 open funds from MOE Key Laboratories, 1 open fund project from a CAS Key Laboratory, and multiple industry-funded projects. Prof. Chuan Ding

Biography:
Professor Chuan Ding, doctoral supervisor and national young talent, currently serves as Executive Deputy Director of the Ministry of Education Key Laboratory of Intelligent Transportation Technology and Systems. He earned his PhD from Harbin Institute of Technology, with joint training at the University of Maryland, USA, and completed postdoctoral research at Hong Kong Baptist University. His research focuses on road traffic system modeling and operation control, including built environment and travel, intelligent vehicle-road coordination, multi-agent traffic simulation, and energy-integrated traffic systems. He has published over 50 SCI/SSCI papers (8 ESI highly cited), authored key monographs, and led multiple national and provincial research projects. His work has received top awards from ministries of housing, transportation, and education. He is Associate Editor of *Transportation Research Part D* and *IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Transportation Systems*, holds editorial roles in leading Chinese journals, and chairs technical committees in major international transportation conferences. Recognized globally among top 2% scientists and awarded various youth talent honors in transportation and urban science.
